Oshun Retreat is a well-being community, that helps you feel good inside and out. We offer a range of services - including a traditional Indian Yoga practice that operates 10 times a week. Our classes cover all aspects of this ancient practice- Asanas (poses), Pranayama (breathing exercises), Yogic mantras, Yoga niddra (relaxation technique), and much more. Everyone is welcome, and no previous experience is required!
