In this 60 minute shiatsu massage you will be treated fully clothed lying on a futon mattress on the floor.
Treatment will consist of a variety of techniques so balance is restored to your body, mind & spirit leaving you feeling in a state of peace and full of energy. Shiatsu is a form of massage using hands on the body to restore energy and balance throughout by focusing on meridians and acupressure points. The theory behind Shiatsu is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine theory. Exchange $80.
