Meet the Oshun Family
KIRAKira loves to move, and barely ever sits still. A hairdresser in the daytime and a Yogini by night, she is always moving and loves it! Meditation helps her to find stillness, in the mind and the body; and she loves a Vinyasa just as much as a Nidra session. Balance is the essence of life. Her classes are always a journey of breath, meditation and movement. She began Oshun to help others find the true path of this ancient Indian practice- connecting mind, body and spirit.

KATHRYNHi I’m Kathryn! I’ve always been into health and wellness-going to the gym along with meditation. When I was introduced to yoga I didn’t think it would be for me until I realised I could combine all of my passions into the one! My corefit classes are a beautiful Vinyasa Flow which is a moving meditation focussing your mind on your breath to movement combined with weights to tone your entire body. I love to dim the lights to give you that relaxing vibe and turn up the tunes to get you pumped and ready to sweat out an incredible workout! Leaving you feeling energised and zen all in one. See you on the mat

LISA
Lisa has an innate ability to hold space to allow her students to feel supported in exploring their own journey of yoga.
She freely believes as stated in the Bhagavad Gita that yoga is the journey of the self, to the self, through the self.
It was through her own personal transformation that led Lisa to complete her 200hr yoga teacher training so she could provide a space for others to feel more embodied physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Lisa also runs regular aromatherapy and sound healing workshops utilizing visualization and breath to offer both a deep presence within the body and a release of tension and mental stressors.
