KIRA
|
Kira loves to move, and barely ever sits still. A hairdresser in the daytime and a Yogini by night, she is always moving and loves it! Meditation helps her to find stillness, in the mind and the body; and she loves a Vinyasa just as much as a Nidra session. Balance is the essence of life. Her classes are always a journey of breath, meditation and movement. She began Oshun to help others find the true path of this ancient Indian practice- connecting mind, body and spirit. |

Yoga transformed me! After years of practice I finally went to Vietnam and did my formal training with Saigon Om. In my classes you will experience Hatha, Yin, breath work, meditation and intention setting.I love to laugh and try not to take life too seriously, you will find I love to smile a lot of the class and bring out our Yogi smiles during practice - our purpose in life is to purely be happy, and I love guiding you to live a little and to laugh. |
KATHRYN

Hi I’m Kathryn! I’ve always been into health and wellness-going to the gym along with meditation. When I was introduced to yoga I didn’t think it would be for me until I realised I could combine all of my passions into the one! My corefit classes are a beautiful Vinyasa Flow which is a moving meditation focusing your mind on your breath to movement combined with weights to tone your entire body. I love to dim the lights to give you that relaxing vibe and turn up the tunes to get you pumped and ready to sweat out an incredible workout! Leaving you feeling energised and zen all in one. See you on the mat! |
SEAN
|
Seans classes aim to be measured and accessible for all levels of practitioners from beginner to advanced. His teaching method (though he prefers to think of it as sharing) places emphasis on safe alignment of posture, deepening awareness of breath and cultivating peace of mind. He hopes to share a class experience that allows his students to establish their own practice on a foundation of non-clinging awareness, virtuous intention and presence in being right where you area in the given moment. |

Hi i'm Nicole. With over a decade in the fitness industry working as a Personal trainer and wellness coach it's my passion to share in the journey of watching people achieve wellness goals. After years of calisthenics I came to realize the importance of mobility and flexibility, and how both elements of training can work together to align and strengthen the body. |
SARAH
Yoga is consistently changing my life for the positive: every day I’m stronger and more flexible (both in mind and body) and I cultivate new ways of being, coping and living that stem from my practice. In my very first beginner’s yoga class I knew instantly that I was going to one day become a yoga teacher. In that moment I was connected, alive and excited about what yoga had to offer and here I am, right now, feeling exactly the same if not more alive with the knowledge I continue to build about this practice. Having the ability to share my passion and love for yoga with others brings me an overwhelming amount of joy. I want to be there to support as many people on their yoga journey as possible and share all that I know and learn with everyone who attends my classes. I love a strong vinyasa class that combines learning new transitions, sequences, thoughtful cues and sometimes even new asanas! Through my own regular practice, where I am always learning, I hope to engage people in a class where they can expect something new, dynamic and strong that offers options for all levels.
SUZIE
Suzie is influenced by her background as an artist and this feeds into her teaching through creative theming and sequencing. She teaches from a place of compassion and intention and encourages students to find freedom in their own practice. Her yin classes invite students to surrender to stillness from the inside out with a focus on healing and grounding to nourish connection to the body and mind. She believes that yoga should be accessible to and inclusive of all bodies and ability levels and always offers options to soften and deepen, allowing students to feel held in a nurturing and safe space.
